Instant Handbrake has got to be the easiest way to get your DVD to your ipod. It’s a total no brainer just choose the DVD and click convert. That’s all there is to it. As of now it’s Mac only.

Well apple just released new “I’m a Mac adds”. Some people hate them some people love them. Either way these things show up on more blogs, news reports and youtube then actually air on tv. You can view them here.

Human Space Invaders, you have to see this one…if you didn’t all ready. I saw this first on Web junk 20 on Vh1, if your old enough to remember space invaders you’ll like this. Well even if you don’t remember you’ll probably like it.

I’ve been watching Criminal Intent reruns tonight and strumming the guitar. Got stuck on two chord so I figured I would plug the guitar into the old powerbook and record it so I didn’t forget the pattern. And I kind of like it. Give it a listen and yea I know the lead needs help.

If your a real music lover your always looking for new tunes to listen to. But sometimes it’s hard to find the new sounds that you want so you end up listening to the same thing over and over. Well Pandora is a cool online services that let’s you create playlist of your favorite bands and find music similar to your taste. You can choose if you like Pandora’s choices or not so it customizes it’s picks to your taste, the more you use it the better it gets. If you like a song it provides links to itunes and Amazon to purchase.
I’ve been using it for a few months and have been very happy with it.

Word is that all the old favorites from Techtv may be back together again. Well not in the same room but on the same website. A new media site called Undotv that will be in full swing soon.
This could be a repository for media produced by most of the old crew of Techtv. So far Chris Pirillo and Leo Laporte are on board, Kris Kosach and Brett Larson are reported to be interested. And with any luck we may see the Revision3 gang and hopefully the DLtv folks.
There will also be other channels with user content like youtube without the butt shake’n.

Last night I read that the long rumored Apple iphone may be more then just a rumor. According to this piece on Forbes website, Apple placed orders for mobile handsets. Personally I’m don’t care about cell phones whatever work is what I use until it breaks. But I guess for some this is a big story.
The part of the story I liked was Apple maybe gearing up to build a 15″ Macbook. I’m planning on upgrading my powerbook as soon as Leopard (os x 10.5) gets released. This will probably be my next notebook.
