I just wanted to talk a little about how the internet can make it possible for people to accomplish their goals. Me being a big youtube fan, I follow a lot of musicians as they try to get that big break or just some recognition. I even have a blog dedicated to youtubers that I like here.
Well one of the recent youtube artist is Terra Naomi who started out video recording herself playing and singing here songs for youtube. Well because of youtube and of course talent and hard work she has a record contract and appeared at the big Earth Live concert.
I think all these great online sites let people get to express there opinions, art, music basically for free to possibly millions.
Well I mentioned a while back that one of my youtube videos had 800 hits. Well this morning it hit 3000 views I really don’t know why. I have another video that has over 3700 views but that is because it was a video response to video from the very popular brookers.
So you just bought a shiny new mac but still want to use your old Windows apps what to do. Well here is a decent blog post with a quick look at a few ideas. Personally I think windows free is the way to go but thats me.
I have been reading that the new 15″ Macbook Pro is in such demand that Apple is having a hard time filling orders. Many people are saying that the LED backlight display is the problem, everyone wants it and the manufacture can’t keep up. Apple moved the ship date it was 3 to 5 day and now 7 to 10 days. It’s tough being popular.

Well the day I’ve been waiting for is just about here. This Saturday Apple will be opening up a apple store in the Holyoke Mall, that’s just fifteen minutes away for me. I haven’t decided if I will get there early and wait in line. I don’t usually like lines but the apple store lines are full of apple fanboys like myself so we would have a lot to talk about and it be cool to get the free T-shirt.

Above is a picture of my Alvarez folk guitar. The guitar plays well and is very comfortable sitting or standing. But when plugged in to a pa or amp the built in piezo bridge pickup sounds a little thin. So I ordered the optional condenser mic that fits inside the guitar. The UPS guy dropped it off this evening and I installed it, took only a few minutes.
Now how does it sound, well I tried it through my Vox 15 watt practice amp (electric guitar amp) and it sounded pretty good. I then plugged it into my Mac opened Garageband and did a little recording. I like it hear for yourself right here what do you think
